On Monday 21st March and Wednesday 30th March, International students studying at the University of Wollongong visited the school as part of our Asia program. Our school has a partnership with the University of Wollongong International Students’ Unit. This year, students from Korea, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand and India visited our school to present talks on aspects of their cultures. Bomaderry High students learned about the food, geography, history, music and stories of these countries. The University students also visited partner primary schools. Our visitors commented on the respectful and friendly nature of the students at BHS. The University students will return for the EXPO in June.
